It’s been a while! Vacant lots owned by the city, but there are already upcoming projects planned on those lots. For example, they plan on building fire stations and a cultural center. That was disappointing to hear, since I don’t think those things are really that necessary, but he said my idea was good, so at least it’s there for him to think about and maybe pursue in the future.
