At 121 Fitness we have 5 trainers to select from, every trainer has a different background and specialise in different areas within fitness. Having this range of skills makes us very strong as a team. Group personal training is an affordable way for you to train with your partner or friends, again it is tailored to your goals which are determined in our initial consultation. Our questionnaire is completed by trainer including full body measurements which are redone every 6 to 8 weeks. September 3, 2014.
