Friends Aboard NB Tacet. We our starting a year long adventure aboard Tacet. Please join us whilst we are enjoy it. Friday, 31 July 2015. Leaving Liverpool and Up the Wigan Flight Of 21 Locks. Monday a rather breeze start to leaving salthouse docks we made are way round to the first lock and was helped through by CRT staff. We made really good progress and moored at swing Bridge 10. As we exited the last lock there were three work boats waiting to go up, on their way for the planned maintenance work which starts next week, and which has dictated our timetable over the last few weeks. There is an incredible variety of bird life to be seen from the porthole.
