If it's a billing issue, you shuold have gotten an email telling you about it. We have a 10 day grace period for you to update billing issues. If you have passed your grace period, your account goes into suspension for another 10 days before it's automatically cancelled. If you do nothing, after 14 days, your account will be deleted. Click the "View" invoice icon next to the unpaid invoice (hint: looks like an eye).
