I really do believe that breakfast is the most important meal and this is why I came up with this recipe for myself. It has great nutritional value and gives me the calories I need to dance. Occasionally I will skip my green shake now and a gain and have this shake for my breakfast. Feel free to indulge without any of the guilt! 2 tbs Coconut oil. 2 tbs hemp seeds.
