Wednesday, October 31, 2007. 26-29th October: Coolah Tops Car Camping. The four of us set off early on Friday morning for our car camping trip. The two Hyundai's held up pretty well, the only interruptions on the road were several sudden stops to spot some Pond Ducks. We left the main road at Coolah, 35 km from the park, and continued over an unsealed road. And there was also a toilet, full of flies and spiders, and it was smelly too. Wednesday, October 10, 2007. 6th October: Ron and Laura op bezoek in Sydney. Ron en Laura kwamen om 8 uur 's morgens aan in Sydney en het was mijn taak om ze in ieder geval 12 uur wakker te houden. Het beste medicijn was uiteraard snorkelen in Gordons Bay met The Boys. De bezoekers werden niet teleurgesteld (afgezien van de watertemperatuur): de oogst was goed, een rog. Saturday, November 24, 2007. This Saturday the eight of us went for a swim at Gordons Bay. The water is not really cold anymore so the wet-suit is pure luxury now and those without one could stay in for over half an hour. As usual, all top quality under water pictures taken by Allan (the Dane). Catfish hiding in the vegetation. The Blue Groper was still there of course. Bill above and behind the Blue Groper. Every few years it is time for the obligatory trip back home, and it is getting trickier now with a few children, luckily it is a short flight although air NZ managed to add a couple of unnecessary hours of sitting on the runway due to their incompetence. Claire catching her first fish. First and probably last sack race judging by that effort. There were alot of hedgehogs everywhere. My family adopted some kittens for a few weeks. A very cold and windy day at the beach in Raglan.

Monday, August 18, 2008. We can live withouth anything, but we can not live without cars! Deeda, vidi nas! Grenpa, heey, look at us! And the party begins. From the early morning, the car cd-player is doing job. And it continues out of car. The cd-player still does job. And after a while we get tired! Juca with a driver! Ogi knows how to stir! Juca sa drugom Ogijem koji zna kako se vozi! Tetka Dada vozi i Mikija i Danila. Mama je izuzeta od ovih duznosti iz "zdravstvenih" razloga. Jucone - slatkis mali!
