Clinic Presenters and Topics. We have a full schedule of Prototype, Modeling, and Hands-On Special Interest clinics developed. Many clinics have never been seen at MCR Conventions. Scheduling is still being developed at this time. A partial list of clinicians and their topics follows. The following list is presented by the clinicians last name. Thanks to Operating Sessions Chair, Mike Wolf, and members of the OPSIG, there will be possibly seven layouts with room for approximately 40 operators available during your stay in Columbus. Reservations for the Operating Sessions will be on a first-come first-served basis. You must sign up on your Registration Form Here. Note: For those arriving from the north, we’ll have a Thursday afternoon session in the Mansfield area from 2-4 PM at Guy Thrams’ Here. A Operation Session Summary is available as a pdf.

Janis Center Model Railroad Club. Thursday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The Janis Center Model Railroad Club is located in the Martin Janis Senior Citizens Center at the Ohio State Fairgrounds. The layout is HO scale and approximately 42’ x 21’ in size. It features three mainlines which are interconnected by crossovers and can be operated with DCC or DC control. The club will be open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Directions and map will be in Convention Packet. Columbus Club Columbus Yard. Columbus Model Railroad Club.
