Though adding meat tastes great too. 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 1/4 cup green pepper. 2 cloves of garlic. 1 can of black beans (15 oz.). 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 package of sazon goya. 1 tablespoon cooking wine. 2 cups cooked white rice.
