I'm spending 74 days in Kampala, Uganda. Come with me. Thursday, May 24, 2007. I'm in Dallas right now, making sure I have everything I need before the trip. Here's how my flight is going to work tomorrow:. It's something like a 26 hour travel time. (I'm really hoping that at some point tonight I start to enjoy doing crossword puzzles.) Tuesday, September 24, 2013. Chickpea of the Sea. So, apparently you're not supposed to eat more than 5oz of tuna a week. I don't know when this became a thing, but my husband likes tuna (as do I, it's easy and filling and relatively cheap) but since I don't want anyone in my family to be negatively affected by copious amounts of mercury, I opted to find a good tuna substitute. And y'all. Did I ever. I was shocked. At how good this is! Chickpea of the Sea. 1 (15oz) can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas).

But I tell myself I'm just being cautious.
