August 13, 2015. August 13, 2015. I’m sitting on top of a storage bin. I’m sitting here because I’m about to watch a meteor shower and a couple of new friends invited me. Climbing up the side of this storage unit was one of the scariest moments of my life. I thought I was going to fall. That my body and muscles were going to fail me and I wouldn’t make it up. I pulled with everything within me, in hopes that I would get to the top. And to my surprise I did. I made it. Shaking and a bit cold. But I did it.
