Welcome to Frisby on the Wreake. To reach Frisby there are three turnings off the main A607 Leicester to Grantham Road. Take any of the turnings and go down the hill until you reach The Bell Inn. Welcome to Frisby on the Wreake. The Bell Inn - Website. Frisby on the Wreake. Is a small village on the Upper Wreake. Valley off the main A607 road four miles west of Melton. It has around 600 inhabitants and consists of 240 homes, a Primary School, a Church of England Church, a Methodist Chapel, Village Hall, a Village Shop and Post Office and a Public House called The Bell. Frisby on the Wreake is part of the Parish of the Upper Wreake which also includes the neighbouring villages of Kirby Bellars, Hoby, Rotherby, Brooksby and Ragdale.
