The Various Adventures of Kadon and Anne. Sunday, January 26, 2014. Well, it's taken me a while to get this post-up. We've been taking our sweet time making ourselves at home at Uncle Darren and Auntie Sandra's. We had a lovely time on our lovely mini-holiday in Fiji. 13 hours of (almost) heaven. Waiting for our flight in LAX. We arrived at 4:20 AM on Friday and it was ALREADY boiling hot and SO humid. Don't mind us. just crashing a 5 star resort. Wouldn't mind living here! We'd love to hear from you.

Sometimes I take for granted that two years ago I would have cut off my leg to have someone to hold hands with, write notes to, be frustrated at, and get me flowers. Kadon. Seriously. You're the best. I love being married to you, coming home to you. Looking forward to seeing you, even though I just left for work. It just doesn't get any more fairytale than that.

Friday, February 7, 2014. The perks of being an aunt. The best part of being an aunt, besides being nicknamed BeccaDaniel, is babysitting. It's all the fun of hanging out with little kids without having to deal with them 24/7. Also, any time there is a community event that seems to be geared towards children, I can steal Jade and Jonathan and then I don't look nearly as weird as if it were just Daniel and I. Saturday, January 31, 2015. Night on the town. Daniel and I love going to the opera whenever we can. Recently we went to see "The Pearl Fishers" performed by the Utah Opera at Capitol Theater. Although it's probably not my favorite opera, I was again impressed by anyone that can project their voice and make it sound as pretty as those opera singers do. I was also impressed by the choreography and sat entranced every time the dancers came out. Inside the Capitol Theater. The seat where everyone sleeps.

Tuesday, August 19, 2014. Having a Fair-ly good time. On Saturday, Daniel and I met up with our friends the Islemans and explored the animals and booths at the Utah County fair. Who knew that there were so many varieties of chicken? Even more surprising I think was the number of flies, how did they all get there? David, Cami, Paige and Henry. Why do they make those holes so huge and round. No one's head is big enough to fill most of those holes. The best artwork in the kid's section. New at Orem Library.
