Wednesday, 5 January 2011. Since living in Glasgow, I have involved myself wholeheartedly in a certain “scene”, as have many other young people living in the city. My regular haunts are Subclub and the Arches, as well as a couple of independent nights. A charity intern in Glasgow. I've been in Glasgow a while now so thought I would share my favourite places. In the West End is amazing! I've gone here a few times for lunch and dinner. It's a very cool venue and is based on the speakeasies in the 1920s. The decor is dark and dramatic and they play old movies all day/night. They also do an afternoon tea but with a twist.
