Een roversnest - inmiddels ruïne - op de top en een dorp met steile smalle straatjes eromheen. Offers canyons up to 50 meters deep, which you can traverse when the water is low, later in the season. Right now, there's still too much meltwater coming down the mountain slopes and people use the side of the fast fowing river as a local beach. Wednesday, 12 August 2015. Wandelen in de Eifel. Gisteren zijn we aangekomen in Kordel een klein plaatsje in de Eifel, net boven Trier. Daar zijn we gaan wandelen over het Römerpfad. Wednesday, 17 December 2014. Vandaag was er een kerstmaaltijd op school georganiseerd. Ook de ouders mochten bij het eten aanwezig zijn. De kinderen brachten zelf de gerechten mee en konden van elkaars eten proeven. Aan het eind was bijna alles op. Na het eten hebben we gekeken naar het kerstverhaal van de zandtovenaar. Thursday, 26 February 2015. Dat is de naam van de theatervoorstelling langs het viaduct van Delft. Meer dan 160 jaar was het spoor beeldbepalend voor Delft, eerst op straatniveau en vanaf 1965 over het betonnen viaduct. Zodra de treinen door de spoortunnel gaan rijden komt er rust, maar er verdwijnt ook een stuk geschiedenis. Het publiek verzamelt zich bij de start. Location: Delft, Netherlands. Dus ik sleep hem mee om iets lekkers uit te zoeken. Er liggen enorme ronde stukken, daar laten we wat vanaf snijden. Monday, 3 August 2015. Onze eerste stop in Frankrijk is Boersch, een klein dorp dat nog stamt uit de middeleeuwen. Het stadje had oorspronkelijk verdedigingsmuren met daarin vier poorten. Daarvan zijn er nog drie over. We wandelen ernaartoe vanuit onze B and B in Clos Sant Léonard, via de akkers met druivenranken. Monday, 10 August 2015. Het Park Wesserling is een voormalig koninklijke fabriek en een getuige van de textielindustrie in de Elzas. Het is nu een historisch monument. Het bestaat uit vier prachtige tuinen, een kasteel, herenhuizen een boerderij en een textielmuseum. Elke zomer creëren artiesten en studenten tijdens het Festival des Jardins tijdelijke plantaardige kunstwerken op het thema van textiel, fruit, kruiden en bloemen in de tuinen. Het thema van dit jaar is Peter Pan. Wandelen in de Eifel.

Saturday, 17 January 2015. De Markthal, Rotterdam. Het gebouw is heel bijzonder om te zien. Veertig meter hoog, uitgevoerd in natuursteen en voorzien van ramen om de kou buiten te sluiten. Aan de binnenkant van het boogvormig plafond zie je een prachtig, kleurig kunstwerk. Op zaterdagmiddag is het megadruk en staat er zelfs een rij voor de ingang. Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands.
