https://bloggingcafechick.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html

Tales from a Caffeinated Weka. A self-indulgent blog about places I've been, things I've done and whatever else takes my interest. Thursday, 26 February 2015. Lynfer Estate wine tasting. We have joined a wine club. Each month, a different winery hosts a tasting of their wines. This week, it was Lynfer Estate. Hosted by owner David Boyd, we found out about his journey around the world from his home in Northern Ireland via various army stations, through the Falkland Islands. 54% of wine produced in New Zea...

Tales from a Caffeinated Weka. A self-indulgent blog about places I've been, things I've done and whatever else takes my interest. Monday, 27 October 2014. Prisons fascinate and terrify me in equal measure. I can't explain this fascination; it's not as though I've had first hand experience of prisons, nor anyone close to me. Yet somehow prison psychology draws me in every time. I watched Songs from the Inside. Earlier this year. It is one of most compelling documentary series I have ever seen. Is so far ...

Tales from a Caffeinated Weka. A self-indulgent blog about places I've been, things I've done and whatever else takes my interest. Sunday, 25 May 2014. Sold unwrapped in dairies. Here's a blast from the past. Who remembers toffee milks. These were staple lollies growing up in New Zealand in the 80s. You'd buy them individually at the dairy for 10 cents and they sat in an open box before being wrapped in a paper bag that didn't quite cover the top, much like the original peanut slabs. 1 cups of coffee.

Tales from a Caffeinated Weka. A self-indulgent blog about places I've been, things I've done and whatever else takes my interest. Thursday, 31 July 2014. I work with some great foodies. We each like to bake, savour food, explore new flavour combinations and pick through each other's ideas for inspiration. We also like to share food with family and friends and are usually the initiators of office parties, morning teas and other random occasions. Watch this space for new Bake Club recipes! 1 cups of coffee.

Tales from a Caffeinated Weka: The Very Naughty Caterpillar

Tales from a Caffeinated Weka. A self-indulgent blog about places I've been, things I've done and whatever else takes my interest. Sunday, 17 May 2015. The Very Naughty Caterpillar. I love the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar. That I bought last year, with northern hemisphere Christmas variations on the foods the caterpillar ate each day. Here is a video of the book read by its author, Eric Carle. I'm not too enamored with hungry caterpillars in real life, though. The Very Naughty Caterpillar. On Thu...

Today is the last day of the NaBloPoMo and I’m thrilled to have this done. And it’s another thing I can cross of my list. Seeds of the Heart: June 2015

http://sabrinas-space.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html

Seeds of the Heart. Wednesday, June 24, 2015. The Unwanted House Guest. Last weekend, we found out that we had an unwanted houseguest. He was only about 3 inches long, but he sure did cause a stir. And most of the time, we didn't even know he was there. Sure, he was quiet. He mostly ate what ended up on the floor. He kept to himself most of the time. Regardless, he was NOT wanted in my home! So, upon the first time seeing him (Friday night, running across my kitchen floor), we set up the trap. I trashed ...

Skip to search - Accesskey = s. 109 in 2009 Site. Two Small Mouth Bass. By Donna on July 31, 2008. Fear of bridges is a relatively common phobia although most people with it do not know they have something called “gephyrophobia.” However, the derivation of the word “gephyrophobia” is perfectly straightforward (if you know Greek); it is derived from the Greek words “gephyra” (bridge) and “phobos” (fear).”. I got this definition online from www.medterms.com. This is me. Why? Deep Thoughts (or not so deep).

Seeds of the Heart: March 2015

http://sabrinas-space.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html

Seeds of the Heart. Tuesday, March 10, 2015. I am so very blessed! On Wednesday, my mom and my sister came over and cleaned my house for me! I am so thankful! I have not been able to properly dust my house in months it seems, and it is so nice to have everything clean and dust free! The other day I came down the stairs to see all four of my kids playing/sitting/coloring, and I just thought to myself 'look at how blessed we are! Look at those wonderful little people! God has blessed us so much! How you kn...
