He loved swimming in Grammy's sand box the best, but also had fun swimming in the lake and at the water park. We were very fortunate this holiday to have the opportunity to visit Adam's family in California, MO to celebrate Christmas and his birthday. Life as a Blankenship. Tuesday, June 16, 2009. Picnics, boat rides, and playtime! This past Sunday we attended the annual picnic at our church. We had a lot of fun at the park, and we got to watch people getting baptized in the lake. Pretty awesome! Daddy tried to do Brooks' hair for the event.needless to say, mommy had to tame things down! Watching the Michigan sunsent was absolutely beautiful! We went over to Sherry and Chris' house last Friday for a barbeque. Their kids loved playing with Brooks!

Monday, November 10, 2008. Watch out . he's mobile! Yep, Miles is mobile! We were at a friends home for dinner on Saturday and he inched forward a little. He has been working on crawling for almost a month now. but Saturday night he was able to coordinate the knees and the hands and really go somewhere. And by Sunday there was no stopping him! Most toddlers like Sesame Street or Barney. but not my little munchkin. He requests, everyday, to watch. What a funny little weirdo! I can't wait to meet Brooks!

Friday, May 1, 2009. New career. new job. Also, one last quick update. I am almost finished with my CNA class. *insert glass of champagne here.
