Tuesday, February 17, 2009. I've been really bad about posting anything on my blog. Just a quick update, in the beginning of January I got a new small SUV. It's a Nissan Rogue, and I love it. It's so nice to drive something fast and with cool gadgets. Plus it has an excellent Bose stereo system :) Anyways here is a picture:. Her name is Penelope, or Penny for short :). Monday, May 21, 2012. Happy 2nd Birthday, Hayden! March 23rd is such a special day in my life. I get to celebrate the birth of my amazingly wonderful son, who has changed my life in more ways than I could have possibly imagined. So much happened in two years. I can't wait to see what this year will bring! We celebrated this birthday at home with a small group of family and friends. We chose to decorate with a "Garbage Truck" theme. Hayden has loved garbage trucks since he first saw one! WA, United States.

We even got to wear shorts and slippers this weekend! That is news right there. From our house, it's a good block down and two blocks up then back again (or around to complete the loop). Thursday, November 3, 2011. Hayden and Mom go to Virginia. On August 30th, Hayden and I left to visit family in Virginia. It was a wonderful trip! The only thing that would have made it better is if Dan was able to come. We arrived just after Hurricane Irene passed through leaving my parents and much of the surrounding area without power. My family was without power for 4 days and luckily within hours of our arrival to the house it was restored! We didn't waste anytime in getting out and doing stuff!

Friday, August 24, 2012. Here is a list of unique words and funny things Hayden said. I will add to it continuously because it's a good way to get these things written down in one place! Doesn't pronounce S when preceding a consonant, only when it precedes a vowel. Snort and snuff = 'nort and 'nuff. Or-port (airport), but he does say airplane properly :).
