I first began with CC Fitness in June 2011. I rapidly improved my health, performance, and eating diet. I have never gotten results like these from any other program. I believe this is because CC Fitness not only understands the science of personal commitment, they also understand the science of motivation. These are with folks who are not necessarily fitness regulars, and who are possibly:. Interested in indoor or outdoor activities that fit their schedule. Intrigued by experiences that adjust to anyone at any activity level. Encouraged when helping make a difference in the lives of others.
