Randy and I attended, for the first time, The Memphis Quartet Show. Elvis even made a surprise visit.LOL! Randy and I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary. Saturday, July 30, 2011. Does anyone else get in a dinner rut? I sure do and have been in one lately. Ugh. Last night I was talking to my mom and she happened to mention a new recipe she was going to try. So she asked me if I wanted to try it and it sounded do-able so I did! Saute onions until they're carmelized and add garlic ( I did 3 cloves - so it was stronger). Add 1 cup of milk, 2 cups of cooked noodles, and cooked chicken - cut up.
