Outdoor Adventues in Colorado. NCAR and Bear Canyon (06.25.11). June 26, 2011. Date: Saturday, June 25, 2011. Location: NCAR/Bear Canyon (West end of Table Mesa Drive, at NCAR). River that dogs can play in middle of the trail. Trail was very well maintained. Very large parking lot. Beginning of hike is downhill, you finish the hike going uphill. Pretty busy (later in the day). Beginning of hike is confusing, many different trail options that you can take and maps are difficult to understand. June 5, 2011.
