Tuesday, March 10, 2009. I made chicken parmesan, First Place style, last night. When I came to add the provolone or the mozzarella at the end of the recipe I realized I had bought the wrong cheese. So my tip is, if you need some mozzarella.try string cheese. I used the low fat version and only used two cheese sticks for the entire recipe. It was perfect to fit on the chicken tenderloins I used! Here is the entire recipe:. 2 cans of tomatoes. Parmesan cheese (I used low fat, can style). Kim S in SC.
