We can cater any event on site or we can deliver fully cooked, just re-heat on the top rack of the bbq or oven. Ubbed in our special spice mix and slow smoked over oak wood. Summer 1984 - Re-enacting scenes from Return of the Jedi, pickling season, block parties, the record player console carried down the street from our house to the neighbour's deck, dads drinking beer, and most vividly, the pig roasts.
