Saturday, August 4, 2012. One of the most important lessons I have learned in this season is PATIENCE. I have learned to sit and wait for God's timing. The world will create false urgencies at it's whims. I could have found myself tossed about with priorities and causation changing weekly. Instead, I have developed a habit of waiting, taking the time to consider the consquences, consider the urgency to act and the cost/benfit of waiting. I can wait for the good outcome. Thursday, October 15, 2009. My prediction is that many of the home owners that didn’t foreclose last year will definitely foreclose in 2010! You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure that out! The media is trying to convince us that the mortgage crisis is on its way to recovery. I don’t believe it, and from many of the home owners that I’ve talked to here in Los Angeles, they don’t believe it either!
