I'd rather be in Hawaii...: July 2005
http://corbettpatterson.blogspot.com/2005_07_01_archive.html
I'd rather be in Hawaii. But I'm not. So these are my thoughts from the not-so-tropical city of Abilene, Texas. Thursday, July 28, 2005. Profile of a seven year old. My son, Kyle, turns seven on Saturday. If you know my son (which I think both of you do), then you know that he is absolutely crazy. He is also the most loving kid I know. Kyle loves God, his family, his friends, and sports. He also likes torturing his sister. Dad, are you drinking grape soda? Does it taste like grape? Do you like grape soda?

Our Easter present to our family: A Dog. We finally got our Blue Lacy. The Arizona-Illinois Regional Final might have been the best basketball game I have ever seen. I never thought anyone could top Duke-Kentucky in '92, but this might have. What a game. Posted by Corey @ 10:49 AM. Thursday, March 24, 2005.

I'd rather be in Hawaii. But I'm not. So these are my thoughts from the not-so-tropical city of Abilene, Texas. Thursday, June 23, 2005. Small hiatus from blogging. I know both of you missed me. It's July 1. That means June is over. Let me be the first one to jump for joy. June, in a word, was insane, wild, chaotic, ridiculous, nuts, crazy, swamped, stressful and/or madcap. (Thank goodness for the Thesaurus) . Here is a rundown of my June:. Moved into new house. That alone is enough to be "madcap". 2 "Ph...

Back at the Ranch: Fair warning
http://fostermatthew.blogspot.com/2006/10/fair-warning.html
Back at the Ranch. Monday, October 16, 2006. It may not be deep, thoughtful, or even theological, but it's the freakin' truth. A man can only sit in a deer stand so long, not seeing a thing, before something has to pay for his frustration. Posted by Matt Foster : 9:35 AM. THATS WHAT I LIKE TO SEE! Let's eat some freakin' squirrel. Did you really need a weapon to do that? I'm sure a small rock would've done the trick. Subscribe to Post Comments [ Atom. Subscribe to Posts [ Atom. I'd rather be in Hawaii. But I'm not. So these are my thoughts from the not-so-tropical city of Abilene, Texas. Thursday, August 25, 2005. There have been so many things that I have wanted to share from the teaching time at T Bar M. Family Camp. I hope I can do that over time and that God will give me the words to do it justice. Our teacher was a guy named Todd Wagner. He is the pastor at the Watermark Community Church. And this really helps. Check it out. Stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears!
