http://laran16.blogspot.com/p/noticeboard.html
Leswin Area Residents Association N16. There are plenty of skilled people living in the LARA. Community and it's worth finding out what we all have to offer or recommend. Everyone needs a good plumber, electrician, carpenter etc. once in a while and it would be good to have local knowledge and word of mouth suggestions and to have an ongoing list for all to see. Want to publicize a local event, looking to recruit musicians, actors, set up a book club? Good, solid, trustworthy recommendations only please!

Won't keep... must eat!: Brunch at the Marriott - Baku
http://www.wontkeep.com/2014/01/brunch-at-marriott-baku.html
Brunch at the Marriott - Baku. Anywhere you can go and sit for 4 hours, with friends, and eat until you are stuffed is good by me. We have had a couple of brunches in Baku but our favourite by far has been at the Fireworks restaurant at the Marriott Hotel. I started with an odd selection of Azeri dips, salads and meats along with a nice lavash. Everything I choose tasted really good, even if they may not have been the right choice for me. We also ordered somethings off the menu. The Waffles you can s...

Won't keep... must eat!: Spa treatment at the Four Seasons

Spa treatment at the Four Seasons. With a little penguin who enjoys eating cables about to crawl any day now at home, we decided to treat ourselves to some time at the spa over our October break. We booked a couples treatment - a 45 minute milk bath followed by an hour's massage in a VIP suite overlooking the Caspian Sea. All in all, a fantastic experience here in Baku and one that we shall definitely be repeating very soon! Couples massage - 320AZN. Four Seasons Hotel Baku. Imereti - Off Fountain Square.

Won't keep... must eat!: Merchants - Nashville
http://www.wontkeep.com/2013/07/merchants-nashville.html

Anthony went for a coke float ($5), something he hasn't had for years. It had creamy vanilla ice cream and very fresh whipped cream on top. It tasted really good. Won't keep... must eat!: Korchma - Ukrainian in the heart of Baku
http://www.wontkeep.com/2014/08/korchma-ukrainian-in-heart-of-baku.html
Korchma - Ukrainian in the heart of Baku. So, lets start with the facts. We didn't find this place by ourselves. We have the help of our very good friends. We have however, nearly always ordered the same things when we go. This is not because we do not know the menu, or are frightened of change, but because we have found a perfect combination of dishes to make it an evening to remember every time. This is usually as far as we get. I ordered the Hunter style pork once (around 15AZN), a pork chop with ...
