The Airbus passenger jet, carrying a large group of German reporters, is expected to land in Egilsstadir later this evening. LTU is the first foreign airline to offer regular flights to Egilsstadir, and expectations are high that the flights will open up the tourist industry in both east Iceland and Düsseldorf.

Aangezien ik zelf de camera heb vastgehouden ben ik niet te zien op de foto's die hier worden getoond. De meeste personen op de foto's maakten deel uit van het gezelschap waarmee ik de rondreis door IJsland heb gemaakt.
