You can use single pin header rows to reduce component cost. Use the headers of your Euxoloti core to hold the male headers in place while soldering them to the control board. Be careful because you can easily melt the plastic of the female headers. Make sure that you fit the locking pin header with the correct orientation. The lock part should line up with the yellow line on the picture and the wires of your usb-cable extension. POT1, POT2, POT3, POT4, POT5, POT6, POT7, POT8. Buttons, MIDI and USB Jacks.

You will also need a 1×37 male pin header row for Axoloti GPIOs (top side), 1×5 male pin header to the power and serial section (right side) and at least two male headers for Axoloti’s audio breakout.
