I am in the middle of one of my last hard training weeks:. 6 hr bike tuesday. 1 hr run wednesday. 5 hr bike thursday. 1 hr run friday. 1 hr swim saturday. 3 hr bike w/hills sunday. Wednesday, August 7, 2013. Harrison got to ride his firetruck in the neighborhood 4th of July Parade! And won a prize for the coolest dude on 4 wheels =).
