Thank you for visiting my site. I became interested in photography in July of 2005 during what would be my first of many backpacking adventures through the Sierra Nevada mountains of California. The beauty of the California wilderness was unlike anything I’d ever seen, and the experience changed me forever. I realized how small we humans are relative to the grandness of the earth, yet our existence has a very significant and undeniable impact on the environment.
