Travelers have today moved onto a site close to residential areas and the local council and Police have received complaints about noise, mess and abusive behaviour from these temporary residents. The council is applying for an eviction notice which will take several days to be enforced". How can this be?

Tuesday, May 31, 2005. Walrus is flying high today. His team won a place in the premiership yesterday. That's right, West Ham did him proud. It's fun listening to him watching one of his games. His descriptions of various players/plays in the game are quite colorful. Walrus managed to go from roaring at his team, to a nice contented purr at the end. The sign of pure bliss. Tips for the modern traveller. November 3rd, 2013. In most hotels around the world you will find the swim-up bar. In a nut shell, you sit almost naked, on a stone bar stool, semi submerged in a murky cocktail of water, chlorine, daiquiri and piss, while a surly bloke serves you shit drinks in plastic cups. Now if this is the sort of thing that makes your holiday, and most Americans fall under that sweeping umbrella, you are most likely happy as a pig in shit these days. They fill my cup up in the cage.

Sunday, September 09, 2007. Last of the summer wine. I noticed for the first time today that our garden is looking a bit shabby. The leaves aren't as green as they were a month ago. The flowers not as spectacular. Even the grass barely needs cutting. Reminds me of what a nightclub looks like in the daytime. Saturday, August 18, 2007. I called the gentleman, and found out that his house had been broken into while they were sleeping and he had had quite a few things stolen. After a few phone calls, he came and collected his case. Not only had his house been burgled, but three other homes in the area last night met the same fate. This is one thing we really don't have to worry about because if someone broke into our place, it would be to give us stuff.not take it away. Heh. Posted by Laura @ 10:12 AM.
