It’s been a mad few months with lots going on and I’ve just had to put this on the back-burner for a while but I’m hoping I can get back to some format of regular posting soon! It really couldn’t be simpler or quicker. Chop the onion and fry in some oil in a relatively deep pan (recipe is a one pan dish).
