Meet the Browns . . . Sunday, June 24, 2012. House Sitting at Gandma's. While my parents headed down to Florida to visit Riki and Tim, we headed to their house to watch the dogs. Aliyah seems to think that Grandma's house is way funner than ours and found plenty of things to keep herself entertained. Thursday, July 28, 2011. I believe in miracles. Something indescribable is happening right now. A miracle, of sorts. While i do still kind of like the idea that our experience is unique, there's something to be said for combining our unique and tender experiences into something incredible for a child's benefit. most of all, having this happen without either of us knowing, until now when i'll soon be headed home. A beautiful, indescribable miracle. For us, at least. And for our boy. It was just right.

Saturday, January 23, 2010. A new puppy - Teddy. Teddy at 3 mos. old. You mean I can't lay here? I can fit here. Just watch me! Playing on the beach at Tolmie State Park in Lacey. Camping at Rainbow State Park. I don't like to sit on the ground. Fishing for a twig. Do they look the same? Playing in the creek. Teaching Teddy to swim! What are we reading! Can I play with them? I just want to play! Come out to play! Playing with giggle bug. Can't quite fit in the cat's bed though. Graduation from Puppy Class.

Sunday, February 12, 2012. It's been pretty crazy this winter. First of all we haven't had much snow at all and nothing at all for Christmas. Normarlly that would be a really sad thing, but when snow means Scott has to plow, no snow meant Scott got to stay home. It was lovely! Not only that, but we have seen him a lot more this winter than in the past and I certainly can't comlain about that. This is just a picture of Gideon. Too cute to not put in. Love his smiles!
