Just another running journal :-). Laquo; Putrajaya Night Marathon (21km 3:03:12). Perodua Run (16.4km 1:37:25). Milo Breakfast Run (7km – 00:47:20). On May 20, 2013. First run for 2013 with my Vibram KSport. Foot and calves still sore after a long hiatus. Good part is that I didn’t experience any soreness during the run itself. Just another running journal :-). Perodua Run (16.4km 1:37:25). I ran this event with a suspected stress fracture on my right shin (Notice the steady decline of speed from the 6th km onwards). Change of speed was also due to blisters on both soles due to excessive mileage. Thankfully I still managed to push forward and make it to the finish line. Speed improvement but definitely more training needed. 8216;The will to win means nothing if you haven’t the will to prepare’. First official run with my #Vibram.

Recovery was not 100% but I still attempted to give it a shot at doing a run today. Felt pretty crappy after feeling hot spots around the surrounding area of the callus and called it a day.
