Remote Processing of NMR Data. Data generated on spectrometers in the NMR Lab may be processed off-line, using any of several data stations in the lab. Data may also be accessed remotely, via a remote connection to workstations in the lab, or by downloading the data and processing it using third-party software. Higher field gives better S/N, so 500 &gt 400 &gt 300MHz. Probes optimized for a particular nucleus give the best S/N for that nucleus. For example, the VI-500 has an indirect detection probe and is thus most sensitive to proton. Higher field spreads out the signal better, makes coupling patterns simpler, separates different signals better. Again, 500 &gt 400 &gt 300MHz. H1 experiments are available on all instruments. 2 second acquisition time. 15 second relaxation delay. Spectral width -2ppm to 18ppm.
