Operation kangaroo

Friday, October 10, 2008. My ribs started to hurt yesterday. LORD, I am in PAIN! Of course, my hormones now are at full swing. I cry all the time. Yey. Hicks every few hours. They will start prepping my body for whenever the kiddies are ready for their day view. Thankfully, the recovery from the surgery has been quite successful. I feel a lot better, and the incision just bothers me when my kids touch it -which is often, but they do not mean it. So how did this all surgery thing started? I begged to be r...

Operation kangaroo: The honeymoon is over

http://www.operacionkanguro.blogspot.com/2008/09/honeymoon-is-over.html

Tuesday, September 9, 2008. The honeymoon is over. I have not been sleeping very well the last couple of nights. I get up to pee 100000 times. It is an effort to move from one side to the other. My ribs hurt. CRAP! I am only 21 weeks! How am I going to survive for another 15 weeks! My best friend reminds me of the Buddhist. Proverb: live your life one day at a time. She is right. That is the only way I am going to make it through the physical misery that is in store for me. Welcome to my blog!

Operation kangaroo: Beached whales of Misquamicut

http://www.operacionkanguro.blogspot.com/2008/08/beached-whales-of-misquamicut.html

Tuesday, August 5, 2008. Beached whales of Misquamicut. Life is good these days (except for the days in which I have two sleep deprived kids and I have to deal wih. 300 tantrums per day, of course). Yesterday, we had our 16-17 week visit at my OB/ GYN. Office. It was nice and uneventful. We got to meet one of the main OB's. Of the practice, and I was quite pleased to hear that he prefers a vaginal delivery over anything else (YES! Granted that baby A is head down. What a relief! My kids had a BLAST!

Operation kangaroo: March 2008

http://www.operacionkanguro.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html

Friday, March 21, 2008. I start on Lupron tomorrow! Lupron has had me worried. My daughter does want to give up on nursing, and there is little to no information on the effects of the drug on nursing. So, tomorrow is the big day. I officially start cycling (and I will have to stop nursing my daughter cold turkey). Also, worrisome: my body will go through a "fake" menopause. I feel terrible for my husband! Then, it was time to talk to my mother. That was difficult. She lives overseas, and the cult...So, t...

Operation kangaroo: Mixed feelings

http://www.operacionkanguro.blogspot.com/2008/08/mixed-feelings.html

Thursday, August 21, 2008. Today was our big ultrasound. However, I must say I am a bit disappointed. It went well, but the technician was a bit strange. We were lucky enough during my children's u/s to have a technician who explained everything in detail. He was just awesome. This time around, she did not seem to be interested in talking. Of course, I wanted to fill in, and to tell my IP's. Are having. They hit the jackpot! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Welcome to my blog! RI, United States.

Diagnosed with a medical condition (TTP) preventing me from a second pregnancy,. I'm embarking on a journey using a Gestational Carrier (aka Surrogate) to have more children. Diagnosed with a medical condition (TTP) preventing me from a second pregnancy,. I'm embarking on a journey using a Gestational Carrier (aka Surrogate) to have more children. Wednesday, August 27, 2008. Feeling a few kicks! I'm nearly 23 weeks now and have started to feel some kicks. They are low down in my belly and not super strong, but they are there. I usually can feel them when I'm sitting or laying down. It's so exciting to feel her (and to be able to officially refer her as a girl! Though I try to...

Diagnosed with a medical condition (TTP) preventing me from a second pregnancy,. I'm embarking on a journey using a Gestational Carrier (aka Surrogate) to have more children. Thursday, June 19, 2008. 13 weeks - 1st trimester ultrascreen. Its hard having a toddler around and trying to keep up with his energy level when you just don't have it in you. I'm just trying to fit in all the piggy-back rides, games of hide and seek and dance parties I can before I'm physically unable to do so. ;).
