Updated May 4, 2005. Welcome to the Cryo-EM Definition Development Project. At the Cryo-Electron Microscopy Structure Deposition Workshop. We reviewed the current cryo-EM CIF dictionary, mmcif iims dictionary v.002 (4/2004). And obtained recommendations of experts in the cryo-EM field for desired definitions. In response to these recommendations, a revised dictionary was prepared: mmcif iims dictionary v.005 (12/2004). We are now soliciting comments from all 2004 Deposition Workshop participants.
