http://roarisme.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
NO DRAMA DRAMA JUST RUN. Friday, January 10, 2014. Waving goodbye to 2013, stepping forward to 2014. I guess it’s not too late to wish Happy New Year 2014 to all, may this year brings happiness, success and strength to overcome whatever obstacles. If we translate this to running, may this year brings more PB/PR (podium if possible), better, farther and faster run and healthy all year long. And we’ll see how well I did last year. My so-so yearly mileage. My bling-bling and bibs. 3) Putrajaya Night Maratho...

Running, Life is beautiful. Monday, October 13, 2014. Race Report: SCKLM 2014. This is my first marathon in 2014. After the preparation for almost a year, finally I was about to face the challenge! I am still remembered the feeling of sub 5 result from the last marathon in. It will stay until I return to. Next time to claim a better timing). And the conclusion I made in that race report. Actually it divided into 2 parts, internal and external drivers. I wonder if I can run faster or go further. I am ...

Running, Life is beautiful: March 2015
http://rlib.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Running, Life is beautiful. Thursday, March 26, 2015. Training must go on. Lately lots of changes happen in my organization and my main project hitting the wall too. Also, I suffered the usual dip in emotion after every big race (failed to score the highly anticipated PB made it worst). To overcome this, I do shopping. I clocked 5.5min/km pace in Bare Access. Usually I descend slower than ascending in road race. Now is time to put in some training on how to descend properly with some speed. I had 2 plate...

Running, Life is beautiful: Race Report: Kuala Kangsar Larian Hari Keputeraan Sultan Azlan Shah 2014
http://rlib.blogspot.com/2014/05/race-report-kuala-kangsar-larian-hari.html
Running, Life is beautiful. Monday, May 12, 2014. Race Report: Kuala Kangsar Larian Hari Keputeraan Sultan Azlan Shah 2014. The flag off is 2-3 minutes earlier than the plan 6:50am, but I am ok with that. Stuck with the usual jammed start, but still the starting pace was furious! Sprint into finish. Thanks Sean for the photo. What is the feeling of staying 160BPM or 86% of max heart rate for 15km? But one has to recognize that you really need to push, and then you can expect a break thru. I have conf...

Running, Life is beautiful: Race Report: APBIM 2014
http://rlib.blogspot.com/2014/11/race-report-apbim-2014.html
Running, Life is beautiful. Monday, November 17, 2014. Race Report: APBIM 2014. Originally, I wasn’t planned to join this race. I registered last minutes after the route announced in August. I was thinking I should be able to avoid the congested route if I go fast enough (i.e. sub 4), and shit did happened. Felt regrets about my action now. We was flagged off from a 3 lanes highway, and then funneled into a single lane up to the bridge. Best part was, some participants already started to walk! No one car...

Running, Life is beautiful: Race Report: Seremban Half Marathon 2015
http://rlib.blogspot.com/2015/07/race-report-seremban-half-marathon-2015.html
Running, Life is beautiful. Monday, July 27, 2015. Race Report: Seremban Half Marathon 2015. After 2 years of working with my full marathon timing, I finally signed up a half marathon. I was looking forward to fulfill my sub-2 half marathon target which missed for many years. My PB for HM was 2:03’35” in GM Klang Run For It 2013. There are actually too many half marathons available nowadays, but I picked Seremban HM mainly due to it is a familiar route and small town event. SHM 2015 Finisher Medal. Seoul...

Running, Life is beautiful: Race Report: Route 68 Challenge
http://rlib.blogspot.com/2015/05/race-report-route-68-challenge.html
Running, Life is beautiful. Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Race Report: Route 68 Challenge. This is my 2nd ultra marathon that’s goes beyond the usual 42.195km, and I started the preparation of it with a really ambitious plan. The publish route indicated a 1900m elevation gain in total out from this 69km course (for comparison, Titi50. Only 900m elevation gain in total out from 52km). In the end, I only completed this ultra with the similar speed like I did in Titi50 2014. Around 20km, thank Tey for the photo.
