Thursday, July 28, 2016. I grabbed him and felt a burst of energy. Taven is Crazy Fast! I made it down to Cunningham with Taven at about 7:30 at night. I grabbed my last Pacer Shad (again). I was hoping that I would be moving faster than the night section with him. We pushed to the top of little Giant right when the light faded. We had a great run down to Silverton. It was beautiful! I first started running in August of 2010 encouraged by a friend who was going to be running the Disney Princess Half Marathon in February 2011. Somehow I convinced myself that I could run 13.1 miles in a single day. What was I thinking? I am a busy Mom with a full time job and now I was considering adding another chore to my daily list.
