Laurie: December 2013
http://mom-laurie.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 22, 2013. I have to tell you what a spiritual experience it is to lead the choir in church. I need to give thanks first to Heavenly Father who helps me. I ask Him to send angels to help our earthly angels and He does. I'm thankful for our choir and pianist for all the time and talent that they so willingly share. We had a sweet little 6 year old boy that played Silent Night on his tiny violin. It was amazing! Merry Christmas to you all! Saturday, December 7, 2013. Festival of Trees 2.

Laurie: Amazing Grace
http://mom-laurie.blogspot.com/2015/06/amazing-grace.html
Monday, June 1, 2015. The choir sang this song on Sunday with a beautiful piano and cello accompaniment. We were blessed to have the Spirit with us also. Help from heaven. Amazing grace, how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now am found, was blind but now I see. Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, and grace my fears relieved. How precious did that grace appear the hour I first believed. Through many dangers, toils and snares I have already come;. Dieter F. Uchtdorf.

Laurie: April 2014
http://mom-laurie.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 12, 2014. Heavenly Father, are you really there? And do you hear and answer every child's prayer? Some say that heaven is far away, But I feel it close around me as I pray. Heavenly Father, I remember now something that Jesus told disciples long ago:. Suffer the children to come to me." Father, in prayer I'm coming now to thee. Pray, He is there; speak, He is listening. You are His child; His love now surrounds you. I asked him how much it was, and he told me thirty-five cents. I am t...

Laurie: Love this...
http://mom-laurie.blogspot.com/2015/05/love-this.html
Friday, May 29, 2015. A message from Elder Jeffrey R Holland:. What a terrific time to be alive! Unlike every other era before us, this dispensation will not experience an institutional apostasy; it will not see a loss of priesthood keys; it will not suffer a cessation of revelation from the voice of Almighty God. Individuals will apostatize or turn a deaf ear to heaven, but never again will the dispensation collectively do so. What a secure thought! What a day in which to live! Dieter F. Uchtdorf.

Sunday, June 29, 2014. My sweet cousin died June 21. She had breast cancer 12 years ago and it came back with a vengeance. Her funeral was yesterday and she told her son she wanted an unconventional funeral, and that it was. The next post is the song, "Hallelujah" sung by Andy Fernuik. He sang it for the closing song at the funeral. It was absolutely beautiful! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Dieter F. Uchtdorf. Mormon Women – About LDS Life and Belief. Utah Antique Bottle Cliche.
