Steelhead trout grown in floating tanks at sea, ending up on your plate. Jan 11, 2017. UNH has a good video story about it right here. Which says that steelhead trout, branded as local as well as tasty, is already a hit with chefs. Rather than the deep-ocean platform near the Isle of Shoals that I visited years ago, these are grown closer to shore in a platform developed with a local company.
