Society For Health And Demographic Surveillance. Pathfinding for better living. There are 157 mouzas in our project area. The whole mouzas are divided into 40 clusters and one surveyor looks after one cluster. There are 8 field monitors and each field monitor (on an average) guide and supervise the activity of 5 surveyors. There are 3 data entry operators for data compilation etc. Every staff has a diary and it is being maintained daily. They write their daily achievements, problems and observations.
