April 30th, 2011 at the Moose Lodge. June 10th, 2011. July 29th, 2011. Smokie's at the Rockingham Ballroom. September 24th, 2011. October 8th, 2011. Smokie's First Dance for 2012. February 25th at the Moose Lodge. November 19th, 2011. We have been working on our schedule for a little while, and now that a couple of things have fallen into place, feel comfortable posting it. So, here it is:. November 17th at the Moose Lodge in North Reading. This will be our last dance for the year (probably). May 25, 2013.

Here are the W's of Smokies:. Who: Us, Arlene and Brian Lee (Well, it started out with the two of us, but there are a bunch of us now). What: Country line and partner dances. It's just that simple. When: Whenever we can. We try to schedule our dances so that they don't conflict with any of the other dances that are going on. We recently went to the Shriner's in Wilmington, and caught Walk the Line playing. Great band and a great time. If you were there, then you might find yourself in one of these pictures.

Medford/ Somerville/ Jamaica Plain. We at Smokie's, don't have dance classes. We do on occasion have a quick instruction before the dance, but do not hold regular lessons. We list these instructors, because we want to connect dancers with instructors. The more dances you know, the more fun you are going to have at Smokie's.
