The Solar Hot Water System works on the natural convection phenomenon called 'Thermosyphon'. It does not rely upon either pumps, motors, or any moving devices, but on natures own characteristic where hot water rises while cold water descends. The cold water descends from the bottom of the storage tank to the bottom of the solar panels where it is re-heated by solar energy. The water rises up the panel as it heats and returns to the tank where it rises to the top of the cylinder and be ready for use.
