Utbytesstudent i Louisville, KY, USA 12/13. Last Day in the States. for this. I morgon åker jag hem till Sverige igen. Vet knappt vad jag känner. Känns jättekonstigt. Köpte en till resväska på target och jag har nu två fulla resväskor, och då har jag ändå rensat ut massor (i alla fall känns det som det). Landar i Sverige kring 8-tiden i morgon på morgonen, men kommer hem först kring 16-tiden tror jag. Lång dag! Mitt sista inlägg gör jag i morgon innan jag åker till flygplatsen. Hej hopp!

Enda stället där folk har rolig klädstil och det finns mysiga ställen att gå till. Downtown Louisville är mysigt det med! Sedan hade jag en stor crush på Orange Leaf, ett froyo ställe (kanske finns på fler ställen? Utbytesstudent i Louisville, KY, USA 12/13. Mitt sista inlägg från staterna blev visst i går. sitter just nu på Arlanda och väntar in mitt sista flyg. Så här såg min flygresa ut:. Departure 11.27 am (Kentucky time), June 19th. Arriving 3.30 pm Swedish time (9.30 am Kentucky time), June 20th. High Five på det alltså, haha. Typ vad allt kostade i slutändan, saker som varit dåliga och saker som varit bra, hur det känns när du är hemma igen, om det var som du trodde, hur din organisation varit, om det varit några problem, vad du kommer sakna mest osv osv. Last Thursday there were exactly 100 days left of my exchange, 100 days until I'll be back in Sweden. Such a short time! Today I have 95 days left, time goes so fast, it's crazy! Mixed feeling about that. Friday night I went to the schools talent show. Around 20 students performed. They were singing, dancing or playing an instrument. Funny to watch! Went to san Francisco last weekend to take the dog, she is now staying with Joe (my host brother who lives in San Francisco) over the summer as my parents are moving to Florida. We left early Friday morning and drove for 12 hours, long drive but went by fast. We had a good dinner at Joe's place and Chianti (the dog) seem happy to see her new home! For dinner we ordered some awesome pizza and then said goodbye to our lovely little dog. :(. Me, Joe, Chloe (his girlfriend). My american parents :).

I'm so lucky to have such wonderful family and friends. I've spent the rest of the week hanging out with friends or family. Finished packing up my suitcases yesterday, it was hard to fit all my clothes in my tiny closet but it worked. So far it has been great to be back home but it has also made me realize how good some of the things were back in Arizona. The things I miss the most are my american family, the dog, friends, speaking english and food (both my mom's and some reastaurants).

Though last week was my last track meet but apparently not. So yesterday (Wednesday) was the last time I ran on the track for this season. Ran the 800m as usual, improved my time with 11 seconds which is pretty good. Ran in 3min 3 sec :) Has been a fun season and it was so sad to turn in my uniform. Other thank that, our dishwasher is broken, been washing dishes by and for the last 2 weeks. You don't realize how awesome the dishwasher is until it's broken! Posted by Caroline Harvey. I now have only 6 days left here in Arizona. OMG! It was Amani's church organizing it but it was open for everybody which was nice. The temperature at night right now is really nice, when the sun is shining is way to hot! But I enjoy it as much as possible in these last few days! We tanned, swam and relaxed. Last week was a winter spirit week. Spirit week is a week when we the school get together and dress up, o games and play music to promote the school spirit. This week's theme was "back to the old school". Monday was "cray cray Monday" where you were supposed to have your craziest outfit and mix and match! Me and Allanah (from Australia) on pajamas day! Mix and Match day! Notice my different shoes) This day I't felt like my entire closet matched. Caroline as a geek! Think I'm gonna stick with that. ;).

Officially I wasn't allowed to be in varsity as I'm a foreign exchange student so I got my JV diploma when they called my name but coach still gave me a Varsity letter later as a souvenir which was nice :). Today was the last school day for the seniors. It was sad to say goodbye :( I still have a week left of school, although they are all half days so it will go by fast! My first Track meet! Wednesday was my first Track meet. It was at Desert Edge Hight School so we took the yellow school busses there (always excited when we take the yellow school busses). Since we are 100 ppl on the team it was tight to fit everybody on the bus, we sat three people/seat. Tomorrow I'm not going to school, I'll have the "I'm going to Vegas disease".
