Monday, March 26, 2012. My dad turns 60 today, so we had a 60th Surprise Birthday Bash at our house this past weekend! It was sort of thrown together quickly, but turned out perfectly! We invited several of his friends and had a fish fry. The weather was perfect and the food, drinks and company were outstanding! Many thanks to Tom for lending the fryer, but more thanks to Ty and Stephanie for slaving over those fish, french fries, and hushpuppies to get them just perfect! He did an outstanding job! Loves...

Sunday, February 19, 2012. Beckett - 7 months! Beckett is 7 months today and is movin' and shakin' these days! He just finally got the hang of crawling about a week ago, but is still perfecting his technique. He still sometimes "bear crawls". Sitting up on his own like a champ now! He still has 2 teeth, but there are 2 that just broke the surface today and one more I can see! 2 on top and another on the bottom). Smiles ALL THE TIME! Really, he's the happiest, smil-i-est baby! Wearing 9 month clothes.

Saturday, August 18, 2012. My Sweet Sweet Niece is here! Baby Tilly Ann arrived at 2:04pm on August 7th, 2012. and she is SO stinkin' cute! She weighed 6lbs 1oz and was 19in long. She is just adorable! I couldn't hold her (since Beckett had the stomach virus thing the day before! See any resemblance to Ruby Belle? We've gotten so many, "she looks so much like your kids" or "she looks just like Ruby Belle" or "she looks like a Jordan" comments! I personally think she is just the prettiest little thing!

Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Beckett - 10 months. So, I think this is the time that I'm supposed to be planning a big 1st birthday celebration and seeing what fun party ideas I can make happen. But that's not what's going on right now. Mostly, I'm just in awe that my sweet boy is SO close to turning 1 that I can't believe it! He is SO SO SO much fun! More fun than I ever thought a little boy would be! I've always heard that "little boys love their mommies," and now I believe it! 21lbs 14oz (75th percentile).

Sunday, April 22, 2012. Beckett - 9 months! No stats yet because I forgot to make his dr appointment until the day he turned 9 months so it will be a few weeks before we get to see the doc! I want to pinch myself. why now and not a month ago? It just seems like crazy time that it's been 9 months already! Anyway, so here we are. LOVES to laugh, but it's more of a chuckle (Ruby Belle was a "giggle"). Bear crawls like a pro.RARELY puts his knees down! Pulls up on everything. So, so busy! SUCH A FUN BABY!

Wednesday, August 15, 2012. Beckett - 1 year old! Note post is almost 1 month late. We were at the doc's office for 2 hours.oh, I smelled terrible! AND Poor Beckett was SICK! He continued to throw up/dry heave off and on throughout the 2 hours. BUT, it was just a really short-lived stomach virus. After a shot at the doc's we made it home, he dry heaved once and then he slept it off! So, anyway, here we are. 23lbs 4oz (75th percentile). 31 1/2in (85th percentile). SUCH a happy baby!
