I can Black beans ( drained and rinsed). 2 cloves garlic ,minced. 1/4 of a lg red onion. Heaping teaspoon of cumin. Heaping tablespoon of sour cream. Whenever i hear that song, i now, think and sing, Arroz con Pollo. This was one of the first dishes my late husband first cooked for me.
