Nashville's Urban Recreational Bicycle Tour. A Sunday Afternoon SingleSpeed Build - Nov. 16, 2008. Begin with a pre-loved Surly Steamroller frame and a cannibalistic* mindset. Prepared to rob parts from other bikes. Add a bottom bracket, cranks, and pedals. Throw in ye olde flip-flip rear wheel. Piece together a Kool chain. Slide in a seat post and seat. Add a headset and fork. Attach spacers and stem. Forget the hacksaw! Bullhorn bar, brake lever, cable, and caliper. A special thanks to Eastside.

Nashville's Urban Recreational Bicycle Tour. Dam Ride - Sunday, March 8. The forecast is looking good! Sunday, March 8. Ride begins at 1:00 pm sharp. Don't forget to spring forward 1 hour! 112 S 11 th. To Percy Priest Dam and return. Approximately 26 miles total. Appropriate (10-15mph), very beginner friendly*. Mainly flat but a couple of "minor" hills. Please bring an ample supply of water. None is available along the route. No one will be dropped as we will regroup frequently. Don't try this at home .
