Alex Aguero is a former All-County player from Memorial High School in NJ. As the most junior instructor, he has only been removed from the game for 1 year. With this current experience, he brings the knowledge of new training techniques for the more specialized player. At the end of his competitive playing days, Alex took up coaching, while continuing to play in a men's baseball leagues. He has been now assisting intermittently for 2 years, primarily at the West New York Little League.

The Triple A Baseball Academy Arsenal is a 12 and under traveling team comprised of players from West New York, NJ. Congratulations to our 2011 Fall Arsenal for winning the 2011 New 13's Regular Season Championship with a record of 8-2-1. After a loss in the opening game, Arsenal was able to bounce back with 6 consecutive, hard-fought victories before suffering a 2-1 loss to a very formidable Clarkstown.
