Friday, May 22, 2015. Baba Ghannuj ( Roasted Eggplant Dip). This is the perfect dish to prepare with eggplants that are almost out of the door. Grilling the eggplant really takes this dish to the next level. 1 clove garlic, crushed. 1 teaspoon, salt. 188; cup Tahini, sesame seed paste. 188; cup lemon juice. Set oven to 375F. (or heat up grill). Wash eggplant and remove stem. Pierce with a fork 4-6 times. Place in baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.( or grill until tender). Links to this post.

Amaretto is an almond flavored-liqueur that will completely change the whipped cream! You could also use hazelnut or orange liqueur depending on your preferences. 2 1/2 Pounds strawberries, cored and sliced (about 5 cups). 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar. Juice of 1/2 large lemon (1 tablespoon 2 teaspoons).
