Now that I have officially cancelled my flight home from the U.K., I’ve decided to create a very tentative and optimistic travel calendar. My dates are locked in until Dublin on the 15th of March. From there it is purely speculation but I thought it’d be nice to give a glimpse into what I’m thinking going forward. This is definitely subject to change. Edit: Flight booked from Portugal to Argentina on June 7th. Speculation now starts from there! Thailand: Jan 11th - Feb 1st. Malaysia: Feb 1st - Feb 10th.

December 18, 2012. 4 Tbsp. cocoa powder. 1 cup mini marshmallows (plus extra for garnish). 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk. 2 candy canes for garnish (optional). Divide among two mugs and garnish with mini marshmallows and a candy cane. When you stir the cocoa with your candy cane you will have mint chocolate! I recommend you cozy up by a fire for this one.
